I went out to a Thai restaurant Friday night with some friends, of course wearing my one of a kind PYP hoodie with the 07 design placed on top. As we're waiting for our table in the entry area, another group is leaving and one of the patrons is looking at me a little funny. He walks past me to leave then takes a step back and asks if my sweatshirt is for the blog Pee Your Pants. I tell him, "Not only is this for the site- I INVENTED the site."
Ben and I are both getting pretty excited at this point. He pulls his friends over, "Have you heard of this website? Pee Your Pants For The Brewers. It's great." My friends think I planted this guy at the restaurant to impress them, but it is legitimate. Ben checks the site 3-4 times a week and has it in his Google Reader account- that's big for me.
All in all, really fun exchange. The second time I've been recognized while wearing PYP gear. As promised Ben, this is your shoutout. Keep kicking ace.

Once I showed it to a guy at work, thinking he'd be all excited. But instead, he was like, "Yeah, I heard about it. Those guys are a bit too much for me." And I played it off like, "Yeah, me too. It's a funny idea, but not really my thing." I think I then heard a cock crow.

I wore my '07 shirt (yellow version) in Boston last May during the Red Sox - Brewers series. Some hot chicks asked me if I was Brewers Mike. When I said yes, they bought my $8 beers the whole series. My friend said he was Cousin Jon and they bought his beers as well...... I wish. Actually, I did wear it in Boston, no one said a thing about it, and the Brewers got swept.

Brewers Mike! Hey man Big Ben here. Being the superstitious fan I am, I've been waiting for the Brewers to stop blowing hard before I dropped you a line. So here I am, waiting and waiting for our boys to pick up the sticks and remind us what an offense looks like, and then I realize -- they're probably doing so bad because I haven't given a shout. It's always great to randomly meet Wisco people, better if they're Brew Crew fans, even better if you're in the lobby/entryway of a dive Thai place. I threw my work email down with this post, so give me a shout if you're heading out to the bars to catch a game. First couple rounds are on me.
